Join Chef Richard as he takes you on a culinary tour of five Caribbean islands!

This special dinner will feature five courses, each a special dish from a different Caribbean island, along with the drink specialty from that island.

Jamaica hibiscus margarita 

Crab and callaloo stew

Dessert of the night 
Jamaican black cake with rum cream.
